DIY Dress Up: No-Sew Tutu

As promised, here is the tutorial for a no-sew tutu.

Materials needed:

Elastic

2 to 3 yards of tulle--I used 3 different colors

fabric glue or a needle and thread to secure your elastic

Step 1: Measure out your elastic and glue or sew it into a band.

Step 2: Cut your tulle into 2 inch strips.

Step 3: Tie your tulle strips around your elastic until the entire band is covered.
