I LOVE my daughter. She is my Mini-Me, and lately she has been my mini life-coach. She follows me around telling me to workout, reminding me to drink enough water, and keeping an eye on my diet. The other day I reached for a piece of chocolate and she said, "Stop, Mommy! That isn't healthy!"
I tossed the chocolate and had an apple instead. Thanks, sweetie!
Today, I was doing JM's 30 Day Shred and she tried to do it with me. Poor girl...
She stopped mid-jumping jack, looked at me, and said, "WHY is she doing this to us?"
"Because she's the Devil!" I choked out as I started into the jump rope.
"No, mom. It is because she wants us to be better." Samantha answered.
Damn that baby girl is smart.
Jillian may want us to be better, but my little wonder makes me want to be better.
HMMM...I just got 30 Day Shred for my birthday a couple weeks ago..Now I'm scared LOL..notice how I say a couple weeks ago and I still have not used it..UGH. I need to get my booty in gear :) Thanks for the motivation!
